Dealing with depression is the worst thing a human can experience, than imagine them not being able to talk about or seek help because others see it as “looking for attention.” “ According to WHO, approximately  one million people  commit suicide each year worldwide, that is about one death every 40 seconds or 3,000 per day. For each individual who takes his/her own life, at least 20 attempt to do so. Suicide has a global mortality rate of 16 per  100,000 people . Parents can’t seem to see their kids struggling with depression these days , friends ignore it so now tell me how can somebody who’s mentally ill come out of it with no help at all ? Even worse kids who do end  up talking about it they’re told to suck it up and move on ? People especially AFRICANS are the most ignorant people when it comes to this topic .
